SIAP Incubation Program is a 7 Full Day workshops + 1 Demo Day (over a period of 1 month), where we invite expert mentors to help the participants to learn more about social entrepreneurship and develop a set of skills they need to accelerate their projects.
There are 12 Workshop Sessions delivered by our mentors and board of directors. This incubation program is dedicated for aspiring, ideation to early stage social entrepreneurs.
The incubation program covers various topics from impact management, impact measurement, business model innovation, etc. Each topic is designed to ensure maximum engagement and knowledge absorption from the mentors and experts in their respective fields.
This year, we aim to incubate 150 sociopreneurs in a more sector-focused discipline within Social Industry: Agriculture, Health & Wellness, and Education.
At the end of the program, participants will understand about theory of change, product development stage, marketing strategy, impact assessment and able to create a compelling pitch deck which can be used to validate and hopefully to attract funding.
Since 2017, we have incubated 173 social enterprise in various sector such as agriculture, creative, education, health, tourism, waste management, etc in 4 cities: Jakarta, Malang, Solo, and Makassar.
