William is responsible for the Program Curriculum and the Incubation Stage in SIAP. Through his role as an enabler, William is an active community builder of Jakarta Social Entrepreneurs Community and has supported the founding of impact initiatives including Impact Hub Jakarta, coding bootcamp at impactbyte.com and hore indonesia. William has just selected to become one of the Young Societal Leaders Programme from Singapore.
Adryan is responsible for the SIAP Acceleration Program. For the last 5.5 years, he has focused on helping founders build their startup in multiple industries ranging from agriculture tech, financial, legal, commodities, social enterprise, health care tech, creative studios, and many other industries. He has also been trusted by many institutions such as the Ministry of Information, BEKRAF, Bandung City Government, etc in developing many entrepreneurship training & workshops.
Aghnia is responsible for managing the overall program in SIAP. Aghnia has +9 years business management experience in various industries (social enterprises, startups, and event). Aghnia has demonstrated proven skills in business development, program development, and strategic partnership. Aghnia earned her bachelor degree from School of Business and Management of ITB and did her postgraduate study at the University of Surrey. In 2019, she has been selected as an awardee of Australia Awards in Indonesia (AAI), Tech and Startup Ecosystem short-course program.
Moon is responsible for developing strategies and managing SIAP impact. She also manages several socio-preneurs in the SIAP Acceleration program. Moon has +5 years experiences in entrepreneurship management and business strategy. She earned her bachelor degree from School of Business and Management of ITB with a cum laude predicate. She had also finished her postgraduate study in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Manchester with a first-honor predicate.
Aldi is responsible for financial control and the business operations management in SIAP including the human resources area. Aldi has +5 years experience in the management field and has helped to graduate more than 40 startups and to incubate more than 170 social enterprises in 2 years. Aldi has also managed several socio-preneurs in the SIAP Acceleration Program. Aldi earned his bachelor degree from UNPAD. He had also finished his MBA (finance) study at the School of Business and Management ITB.
